Your booking

• Your booking is confirmed once the booking form has been submitted and a 25% deposit of the total rental amount has been paid online.

• One month before your arrival, we will send you a friendly reminder to settle the remaining balance.

• If your arrival date is within one month of booking, the full rental amount is due at the time of reservation.

• We will personally welcome you upon arrival, provide a guided tour of the property, and hand over the keys to ensure you feel at home from the very first moment.

• By completing your booking, you agree to our General Terms and Conditions.
